Hello, Looking for assistance to get a positive id for this stamp. Unfortunately my only Finland resource is Stampworld. Have this pegged as 1875 -1882 National arms. Perforations are 12.5 x 12.5 which Stampworld lists as $84.50. Looking to get confirmation of the id and that value as I don't always trust what Stampworld lists. The back of the stamp has a '20' penciled in but obviously that doesn't mean much in the Stampworld world. Please note that the stamp is much, much more orange to the eye, my scanner totally washed out the color. Stampworld does not show any of the red orange types being a straight 12.5. If anyone with a catalog can straighten me out if I am incorrect. thank you.

How about it being '26' and not '20' (Scott, issued 1881)?

Know nothing about stamps from Finland and don't know if this is correct, but my 2023 Scott catalog lists a 5p orange, perf 12 1/2 from 1881-1883. Scott #26. Unused value of $45; used value of $5. I'll try to post a pic of the entry.

Thank you Oracle, shows that one can not entirely rely on what Stampworld says.

Yes, Scott #26, the 5c orange from 1881. My catalog says $7.00 and my pages says there were 2,2 million printed.

Floortrader, the stamp is much more orange in person. My scanner washed out the color

There are 2 somewhat identical 5penni, only difference is the printinghouse that made them, i've searched for a accurate description of how to tell them apart and nothing besides the date in the cancel which is often not visible.

so always assume you have the cheapest version and be happily surprised if it at some point turns out you had the better.
