Help Me Identify This, Please!

Can someone help identify this one. I have searched everywhere, high and low and cannot seem to find anything similar. Ideas?

Not a French fiscal - or, at least, not one that I recognise. So perhaps a company or industry label.

Could this be a label from a stamp book pane with advertising labels?

It looks as this is a label that was issued in France to be affixed on medicin and pharmaceutical products. It looks as there was som kind of Syndidicate that controlled and determined the prices and selling of these product as the diagonal text is saying that the item may not be exported and the bottom section says the item may only be sold at the marked price. When searching the net I have found one on offer at ebay and four at delcampe and also an image of a box with this printed directly on it. But none of the sellers have a good explanation of what it is. There is no indication that there is a fee for this label. However none of the other I found have the EP overprint at bottom
