I'm looking in my '23 Scott Classic and don't see anything like this one, with two columns of characters in the center:

The stamp has "41" written in pencil on reverse, but I don't think it's Scott #41. Any opinion anyone can provide, and also whether it's a Cinderella/fiscal/forgery will be appreciated. You guys/gals are the best!

Thanks, Ray

Incidentally, there aren't two columns of characters in the center. It just looks that way because of the uncommonly large space between the two halves of the top character, which is actually the same character as the second from the top on the right side of the stamp,

The two characters in the middle represent the word inshi, which dictionaries usually translate as "stamp", but this is the word normally used for revenue stamps (shuunyuu inshi), whereas postage stamps are called kitte (yuubin kitte). The literal meaning of inshi is "printed/imprinted paper".
