Help With Japanese And Chinese Revenue Stamps

I only collect US stamps, and I am ignorant of most foreign stamps. I am told the below images reflect a Japanese stamp and a Chinese stamp. The gentleman in charge of the Scott catalogues at our local APS stamp club searched diligently in the related catalogues for these stamps, but could not locate them, although he believes they are revenue stamps.

I would like to place them in the club's monthly auction, but I need catalogue numbers and values. Would someone please give me those?

The first is a Court of Justice stamp. Pretty common, I think - I've seen lots in old collections that I've bought over the years.
