A fun local letter.

printing in gothic writing translates as

Wanted for strongly suspected of significant arson.

A "betlende", (Danish for a female person who begged, sang, went from door to door looking for work in old days) "Fruentimmer" (condescending word of a woman, often referring to a prostitute), Naming herself Hanne, approximately 60 years old, rather tall and "fřr" (old danish word for "bigboned") unpleasantly creepy expression, wearing a light blue striped twisted dress, a striped twisted apron with several colors and upon this a sewn up apron to hide stolen things.
two scarves around the head, one with a reddish border tied around the ears, and a smaller black one tied around the forehead.
A knitted brown scarf with a magenta blue border around the neck, two pairs of stockings, the inner pair of which is white and the outer pair is magenta blue, very worn only the dress is in good condition, the rest faded and worn.

She gives herself the appearance of being holy and brings divine books. she has last Monday left the jurisdiction to beg elsewhere. She is to be searched for, placed under arrest and under guard be brought back here.

This reminds me of a postal card I have, alerting police around the region to a horse thief. Before radio became the norm, this was the most practical way to put out an "all points bulletin" for low-level criminals.
