There are thousands and thousands of Mexican revenue stamps, across multiple categories. Assembling anything other than a sample collection could be a lifetime pursuit.
When you have the catalogue, you see that many of them do not have very much in the way of catalogue value. The problem is, most dealers don't have the catalogue, so they get the "I don't know what this is...one dollar" treatment.
Also, many of them have/had a tab attached, called a talon, and the best catalogue value is for stamps with the talon still attached.
These all look like revenues, with the year(s) of issue on them. Lower values, used, with talons (a small piece attached to the bottom) missing as these all are, are common and low value.
