I have 2 more stamps I cannot identify. One is a finland stamp with an overprint I can't find. The other has a 20 pfennig overprint.. If anyone can shed some light on these I would be very appreciative. thanks.

The German one is a fiscal stamp (stamp duty) cancelled in Hamburg Altona.
The other is in Kopeek, Russian, not Finnish. Regional 1919 civil war issue.

Any idea of their value? I'm guessing they're probably fairly common.
