I've noticed a strong uptick in ebay-cancelled transactions due to buyers being de-registered (they used to be extremely rare - I'm getting them every week now), as well as users waiting long periods of time to pay. Anyone else seeing this?

Other than one bid being retracted by ebay because they NARU'd the bidder, I have not noticed anything unusual.

I think ebay is cracking down on new low Feedback bidders that don't pay. I ran into a bad bunch a couple months ago. New ebayer won 10 out of my 22 listed items one week and didn't pay. I called ebay and in a 2 week period got 6 non payers kicked off. If they don't pay when they're new it will only get worse and I think ebay has figured that out.

As a buyer only. I do not sell only buy stamps at present. I have noticed the prices have come down. It's a good time to be a buyer. I have had some problems in receiving the stamps I won at auction. They are lost in the mail. Then seller make me a refund or just out of stock and refund issued. I pay for anything I buy at auction very quickly. As anyone I have bought from in the past can verify ( ebay name Uknjay-73). I am now beginning to believe I have bought them so cheap the seller keeps stamp and when pressed issues a refund. So it cuts two ways when seller and buyer fail to keep their end of the sell or final hammer price.

Your reply and commitment would be most welcome.
