Hello from Bali Indonesia.
I collect cats and dogs stamps. And some food/culinary. And pretty flowers too. And some cute/colourful/cartoon/illustration stamps too. All in all, I like many things
I prefer minisheets or souvenir sheets than full sheets because of economical reason.
I love maxicards, I love seeing the matching postcard and stamps and special postmark.
Looking forward to learn more about stamps from this forum.

Welcome to the group. Your interests are both varied and of lower cost, so you should have lots of fun collecting those areas. Try posting some examples some time.

postcrossingbali,

Collecting for the enjoyment of collecting, whatever that might be, is the name of the game. Don't hesitate to ask questions especially if you need basic information and especially more advanced sources of information for any possible topic. You should be able to find folks on this board a little further along on their collecting journey glad to share experiences.

My personal bias is a used stamp loses the story of its journey in the postal service when it is removed from the cover it transported to its destination. Collecting postal history adds a whole new aspect to your journey in our hobby.

Wishing you many enjoyable future days in our hobby. Russ

Hello everyone,
Greetings from India:)
I am Hemang from India. I am doing my engineering in 3rd year and I enjoy collecting and using stamps.
I found about postcrossing in 2021, and doing Postcrossing and collected many stamps, and I am collecting stamps since I was 15:)
I like seeing details of Engraved stamps, my favourite stamps are from Sweden, French colonies, India. Although I like stamps from all countries:)
Also like collecting pictorial cancellation, I had collected over 100+ different pictorial cancellations of india from different cities:)
