I have many copies of Russia Scott's #79 that look like the left one in the photo below



The one on the right appears much lighter in colour.
Could it be #79a 10k light blue?
I'm not a colour expert and have nothing to compare it to.

Any Russia specialists that can assist?

The stamp on the right looks like 79b, pale blue. The stamp on the left actually could be 79a believe it or not.
