Every thing I can find, here, Scott and Stampworld, says this is a Scott 105. P=13, WM 73 released for use 1895-1897. The only thing is the cancel is from 1893. I may have posted this issue some time ago but could not find it in my files or in a search here. Please forgive if a previously posted question. (it's an old guy thing for you youngsters)

I had a look at the Stanley Gibbons listings.

I can only suggest that the perforations are 11.5-12.5 (and obviously close to the latter) or, if you're absolutely sure it's a perf. 13 stamp, that the wrong slug was used in the datestamp.

Perf 12 or thereabouts would make it Scott #64, which was in use from 1876 to 1893.

Thanks Guys. Absolutely positive it's a 13. Bobby, I now remember that either you or someone else had the wrong date in the cancellation stamp solution.
Thanks for the memory jog!!
