B3K appears to be in Halifax, Nova Scotia. But is it the origin or destination?

Likely neither, but rather from a large central processing facilty near the origin.

If it is the destination postcode, the origin may not be known. If it is the origin postcode, the answer to OP's question would be somewhere not too far from Halifax, Nova Scotia.
