RM622,
Your photo would be more helpful to us as an in-focus scan showing the entire stamp, which helps us track down previous mentions in the literature by the actual Scott #.
That said (and with the 1920 postmark), it gives the initial appearance of being one of the offset-printed issues, which are known to have numerous minor plate flaws such as yours (literally hundreds of them).

Ok, yes, your stamp is one of the offset-printed issues. However the extensive damage along the top and right edges would necessitate a very close in-person examination of the nose area to confirm a minor plate flaw or later damage to the finished stamp. Regardless, the overall condition greatly reduces the collectibility and value. Most dealers would not put items with this much damage in their $1 boxes, nor list it on ebay as not worth the cost of shipping.

Now that we've seen it, did you have further clarifications to the information you are seeking?

As John mentions, this stamp would need to be evaluated in-person to determine whether the white spot at the nose tip is missing ink or a scuff or scrape, as there is a white spot to the left of "U.S." in the frame line and part of the design, as well as the eye brow and at the top frame line.

I know this one isn't much to look @ but are plate flaws & off set prints more desirable

I think previous posters point out that it remains to be established that it is a plate flaw and not an abrasion. An abrasion would make it even less desirable.

I very much doubt many collectors will consider a heavily damaged stamp with a plate flaw more desirable than a fine stamp without a plate flaw, especially when plate flaws are a frequent occurrence.
