Help With Russian Postmark Needed

I think this stamp features a postmark from Khoroshyovo, which Google tells me is a station on the Moscow metro.

But the station was only built in 2016.

Perhaps the station was named for the locality, but I can't find information on that.

Is anyone able to read the second word? This might help solve the puzzle.

The second word is Poltav(ska) G(ubernia) : Governorate of Poltava

It is one of the best and clearest Russian postmarks I've ever found.

I couldn't bring myself to sell it until I knew what it was at the very least.
