Identify British Ant. Territory Stamps

Can someone identify and value these?

I went to answer this just as the site went down 8 hours ago so here's the second try also these are take from a Scott 1007 catalogue so the prices are not current.
The half penny is a Scott #45
1975 to 80 issue wmk 373 Lith
perf 14 and a half
.80 cents MNH
2.90 used
I don't think it's the #45a (1973 wmk 314 $1.10 MNH 2.40 used)
as for the one penny it's part of a set of 16 this one is a Scott #102 Mar 15th 1984 perf 14 no price as a single but $24.00 as a set MNH and $30.00 used.
