My french isn't good enough but I can see the letter is to Madame G Servors who apparently lives in a small place on the Cote d'or which is the Mediterannean coast I beleive. It starts My dear freind. If no offers a complete answer I could ask a few freinds if they could translate it for you.

Hi; Translation (one word could not make out)
my dear friend; I am sending you today a thousand affections, which are added to those that have already come out of the box in the neighboring office. I am very well, and so are all those who (....?......) us.
Nothing new, apart from the negative encounter that you should know between Faure and Bismarck.
Calm around and in Paris. I would keep my guard up in Paris.
Affectionately, don't think of me as a worry

I tried to transcribe the writing in French...I tried to keep the meaning of the phrase - better French connoisseurs can correct me.

"Ma chere amie, je vous envoie aujourdhui mille tendresses qui s'ajoutent a celles xxxxxxx a la boite du bureau voisin.
Je suis tres bien,et de meme –tous que nous connaissons.Rien de nouveau, hors l'entrevue negative que vous deja savez entre Favre et Bismark.
Calme autour de et en Paris.
Je monterai mes gards dans Paris.Tendresses.Tu penses a moi, je ne peut me plaindre."
