With the recent changes at Stanley Gibbons, I inquired after the long-awaited part 2 (surface printed, college, circular delivery, and railway stamps) of their GB Specialised Volume I catalogue.

The reply from my contact in their GB Specialist department was

The Queen Victoria vol 1 part 2 is still a work in progress unfortunately I do not have a date when it will be published.


At least, they have not abandoned the project.
