Unlisted Official Overprint On Mexican 1917 Issue

I've been digging through a rather large auction purchase and I came across the following official overprint on Mexico scott design A69 (#609) that does not appear to be listed anywhere as having a horizontal overprint. Did I miss something obvious, or do I have a bit of an oddity here.

Do you mean Sc 610? This is a back of the book Official stamp. Sc O114 overprint in red or black going vertically. Why your stamp is horizontal I do not know. Not really familiar with Mexico stamps.

Is the "Oficial" overprint on top of the cancel or is it my monitor?
