Could someone tell me what is the difference between the SC FR1024 and the SC FR1024a? I have read that one is booklet, does 1024a a refer for example to a line of united 1024 stamps?

Assume you are talking about France 1024. !024a is a horizontal strip of 4 stamps or as you have stated a "line of united 1024 stamps".

Thanks for your answers!! So a strip of stamps 1024a is the 4 stamps, if in the strip are only 2 or three stamps is it a 1024a or 1024?

You would have a strip of 2 or 3 1024's.

Thank you very much for solving my doubt!!! I have this strip of 3, it has a curious commemorative cancellation I"le aux fleur…" but I still haven't been able to find it...

To be a true 1024a, all four stamps must be present. Otherwise, it's just a pair of 1024's, or (generously speaking) a broken 1024a.

The cancellation appears to be for Fort-de-France, capital of Martinique, also known as l'île aux fleurs.

I am waiting for vayolene to post a clear picture of the slogan postmark.
