Those are penny stamps - the lower values of the 1876 set are the goodies (except the 5c yellow-green, which is in the wrong place). |

The first and last stamps in the first row are not French: they are versions of stamps listed as French Colonies.
The INDE postmark is beautiful: it was used in French India. |

The "Inde" postmark on that stamp, according to the Maury catalog, is worth well over 100 euros. |
