When did the first regional stamps issued by Great Britain first go on sale in 1958?
While working through old album pages from a purchase last year I came across a copy of Wales and Monmothshire #1 with a postmark dated 3 Nov 58, which raised the question of when these stamps were first issed. I may have read about that at some point in the past but can't find a reference to it now.
