I have these two stamps from 1937, SC798 and Sc800, which have the peculiarity of retaining the plate number... For me it makes it more interesting since I will be able to know the stamp better and write down data on its file, but my question is, does it Is this detail more special, valuable or desirable in the Philatelic World?

Yes it is by definition more special because it contains more information about the stamp. More valuable, unlikely as there are untold numbers of these stamps not only with plate numbers, but full plate blocks or sheets.

Those are called plate number singles and some people collect them as such. I think there's a specific organization that focuses on them, with a catalog, too. Can't remember the name.

The catalog is called Hebert's (not Herbert's)

Note that those two copies pictured have trimmed selvedge. Most collectors prefer full selvedge, though with used copies of earlier stamps, plate number singles can be hard to find and you take what you can get.

For stamps as new as this and when plate blocks were being saved in large quantities, trimmed = zero premium over a normal stamp.
Neither Hebert (singles) or Durland (blocks) place any premium on any specific plate number of these two issues.
These would be "damaged" plate number singles.

Plate number singles are more desirable as they occur only once per pane of 50 (generally).

Now there are collector who only have need to fill spaces on page with premounted mounts. Those collectors often remove any and all selvage to fit the mounts provided. Those folks are just true stamp collectors, not philatelists.
