This is from a collection that I'm merging with mine. It is marked in pencil on the back as 61 but has additional wording under the crescent that does not match the Type A7 in my Scott catalog. I've searched here and on Stampworld (1870-1900) and see nothing there that has the additional wording either. What am I missing?
Thanks for looking
Paul

From the Michel catalog under Eastern Rumelia :

1880, Dec./1884. Definitive Stamps. Design similar to the Turkish definitive stamps from 1880, but with an additional inscription of the country name in four Languages. letterpress; A = perf. 13, B = perf. 11.
