I am having trouble identifying this variety from the two illustrations in Unitrade (2021) as copied below, which I don't find oarticularly helpful:

My first question: Unlistrade lists the plate bock price for these as corner blocks of 4 without inscription, so did these not appear on "true" plate blocks? If the answer is yes, then the whole issue goes away as I have, to this point only checked plate blocks - an easy route as Unitrade generally lists the positions of varieties on a sheet.
I did, however, find this half PB which looked a bit positive for the raised eyebrow syndrome - pictured below with a blow up of the relevant parts:


The upper stamp in position 1 has a wider eyebrow which appears to start closer to the bridge of the Queen's nose which bears comparison with Unitrade's image for 713v. And to be honest, Unitrade's image for 716iii looks very close to the lower stamp (Position 11) in my example which, to my eye, looks typical of the normal stamp.
Help would be appreciated in pointing me towards a better picture of this variety.
