I've recently pulled my stamp collection out of storage and find that my pages only go up to year 1999. I'd like to update from 1999 thru 2023 at least and am overwhelmed at the selections (and prices) offered by many online vendors. My current collection is HE Harris but I'm not locked-in to that brand. I'm not certain exactly what I want but primarily US stamps. I have a lot of catching-up to do so don't want to get too bogged down with foreign issues.

Also, what are the HE Harris "Liberty 1" and "Liberty 2" designations?

Thanks so much for your assistance!

You could also go with Steiner if you want or Mystic pages, etc..

I think that Mystic has a good choice for US. I like their upgraded binders

Welcome! I'm also fairly new too and have found the folks here to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I too brought my collection out of mothballs, and realized at this stage of my life collecting foreign issues was totally out of the question.

I had left off in 1998 with a couple nice US Mystic albums. These should keep me busy until I meet the Great Philatelist in the sky!

I'm also fairly new to all this after collecting a lot in my childhood and now restarting the hobby. I was given some advice recently from a local stamp club. Just go with the stock pages. Get various sizes and rows and a standard 3-ring binder. Following that advice, I bought some sheets from Amazon recently. They're made by a brand called Mudor. I didn't know anything about the different brands and reputations. I just based my decision on the number of good reviews and pricing. They're easy to work with so far and no flaws or anything. How they'll hold up from an archival perspective is yet to be seen.
