just got the two but there different color is it normal

Not only is it normal, you will find almost identical stamp in 1963, but larger. It is also a 5d green, but the denomination is on the other side of the stamp and where the denomination is on your stamp, the other one has "Royal Visit 1963"

thank you Steve I got lots of the green ones and only 2 of the red ones
i have got 2 or 3 of the larger green ones
