The description clearly states to let them know if we see any errors in their listing. It's even highlighted.

A few days ago I let them know that this is a 24 with the perfs trimmed off. Got a quick response that their philatelic team will review the listing.

No change to the listing. Made me wonder if I've been away too long and have forgotten how to ID the Franklins. I hope not. Seems very obvious to me.

You are correct. Plenty of suspicious listings from that seller. You aren't the problem in this case.

Top edge clearly shows evidence of perforation remnants.

If you use forum search with key words Harvard-MBA, you will find additional threads on this seller.
