2024 Confederate Stamp Dealersget

Any recommendations for honest great dealers who sell confederate stamps with certificates of authenticity

My favorite dealer Century stamps no longer carries them . Just want to get a few examples for my collection

Wonder why Century dropped selling them ? Too much competition ?

Surprised you don't know of her and Kimbrough. IMO, they are two of the most well-regarded CSA dealers in the hobby.

Moonwalker, did Ed/Century tell you explicitly that he will no longer carry Confederates?

Trish also writes a monthly column on Confederate philately for The American Stamp Collector & Dealer as well as having authored countless additional written works found in multiple, major philatelic magazines.

Century advised that he rarely sold any , and as they are a true specialty , he decided to divest his holdings and concentrate on his expertise of over 40 years in certificate expertised VF-XF pre 1940 material only

Meantime , if I purchased even a few confederates of the lower costs , from either of these two dealers , should I do this expecting a certificate of authenticity from the APS or Philatelic Foundation as to is veracity ?

No certs needed. They are the experts.
