Yes, I use a 4x6 thermal printer for
ebay labels when I'm not affixing stamps. It works well.
Important note: If you are planning to use it to print the
ebay Standard Envelope labels, you do NOT just want to buy a garden variety base model, as those are 200dpi, and the text size on the
ebay Standard Envelope is much smaller than that found on UPS or USPS envelopes. On a 200dpi label, the text can be ragged and muddy. You want a 300dpi printer, which will cost a little bit more, but it's worth it.
