I have acquired a handful of old American stamps, which are discards from a collection, since for one reason or another (hinge, poorly washed...) they did not meet the standards of the previous owner...I did not pay more for them than a McDonald's menu , and they come with very nice stamps like a SC#156 in very. Good conditions, no more than a hinge, for me it is worth it and the purchase is already worth it. The fact is that I have found this other SC#247 that a priori looks terrible, very poorly trimmed, it's sad... but on the side that has perforations, there is a gap, so I am inclined to think that it could be some type of private perforation, this makes it very interesting to me despite its disastrous appearance...what do you think?

Looks like somebody tried to perforate the left side with scissors. This stamp is not worth a penny I am afraid
