In Michel, 2 types of forgeries are mentioned:
1. Printed by typography on a paper that appears yellowish under UV light.
2. Offset printing on original paper.
IMO your stamp is photogravure printed like the genuine one.
I have seen the rubber with those horizontal lines on stamps from later series from Ost Sachsen.
In the later series (starting with Michel#53), a variety of paper types appear.
If you have Michel stamps from the 42-50 series, you can compare their paper with that of your stamp (they might be of the same type)
My opinion: genuine
