Ukraine 2022 Medobory Nature Reserve Stamp Minisheet

I just recently stumbled upon these stamps. This minisheet of the Medobory Nature Reserve was apparently withdrawn by Ukrainian post after the Russian invasion began. According to the description in an online catalog that I cannot spell out, a small portion was released later in the year.

For those with many years of experience, what is your opinion of this issue? Is it potentially a rare gem worth seeking out today or a passing trend that will lose its value over time?

Per the sellers at Hipstamp, Delcampe, and ebay, it's worth $180-$300. And per stampworld.com it's worth $4. To an amateur like me, that huge difference is extremely confusing. What do you all think?

Thanks vayolene! Good to know the whole story. Is "poststampua" a private stamp dealer or is it associated with Ukrposhta? The website is much easier to navigate.

Another SCF member just pointed out that "poststampua" website may be unsafe. His Norton Antivirus warned of potentially fraudulent address. I just feel obligated to mention here in case anyone stumbles on this thread and considers ordering from that site. To be clear, the information describing the Medobory stamp appears to be true, but I would caution giving any personal information.
