It looks like a wmk from the photo.
The wavy lines are normally:
\ = VM waveforms from upper left to lower right corner
/ = VM waveforms from upper right to lower left corner
On your stamp they are running horizontally ...

Petert4522, I actually did not purposely post the subject matter twice. It was accidently done and once I noticed I couldn't find the option to delete the first post. Thank you all for your posts and I will position the stamp at different angles for a more detailed image.

In some nothing at all, in others all kinds of structures, but no wavy lines or anything that looks like a watermark,

I also don't see any hint of a watermark. If I recall correctly, it was pretty easy to see the watermarks on these stamps without the need for fluid, but it's been a while since I looked at them.

The pictures where it shows nothing are before and after pictures using UV light
