Not my listing, not my stamp. But...

Shouldn't the expertizer specify that this is an experimental bureau precancel? Maybe it's implied because it's New Orleans on a J60. Still would be nice to spell it out for everyone.

Ouch. I forget that PSAG is the Rodney Dangerfield of expertizers.

Perhaps deservedly so. The only reason to ever cert this stamp is to have it say "experimental" or "not experimental".
