I have tried to research the origin of the postmark that shows Black Horse and what appears to be a place name that begins Crow.......
Anyone have any ideas what the place name actually is?

Thanks

Ken Smith's listings say the Post Office at Black Horse Drove was opened by January 1909 and closed on 1 July 1982.

Wow! very interesting, the stamp and the follow up about Black Horse Drove. Reminds me of my favorite British mystery show, "Midsomer Murders".
