Now about your last stamp. It is known as a Mrs.Stewart's Bluing Stamp. You can find a lot of information on these stamps on Linn's Stamp News. Boy I hope I can say this on here.

I agree that that era of stamps are beautiful. I also think that the engravings from the American Bank Note Company are top notch. I do enjoy the Expo labels and admission tickets.

Hi, just joined the forum, barely started collecing a couple weeks ago.

Thos look really nice btw.

I have noticed that I have some of these "Cinderellas", or at least I think, they don't have how much they are worth on them, but they do have the name of the country.
what are they for exactly?
Thanks.

Hello Luisvillalobos, welcome.

What you mention could be cinderellas but could be non-denominated (no currency amount) stamps, like the USA Forever stamps or Canada personalized Picture Postage. They may have a letter like A or say for domestic postage or may not.

If they were issued by the country to be used to pay postage then they are postage stamps, otherwise they are revenue (of some sort) stamps or cinderella stamps or labels. Lots of different names for different things.
