From which printing(Ottawa or Montreal) is this?"

There is no guide dots at either the 3 or 9 o'clock positions, just guidelines. There has been no reference I could find regarding the guidelines

Unfortunately this chart doesn't specify which perfs from which of the 5 printing eras.
