This EFO seems pretty dramatic, has anyone seen it mentioned in a catalogue anywhere?

Thanks for any insight you can provide.

As a follow up:

I've examined this more closely and it doesn't appear to be an offset (or set-off) of green ink from the sheet below it during manufacture. Instead it seems to be what I've seen called a Transparent Printing where the green ink from the original printing on the front has somehow gone through the paper and thus we see a complete reversed image on the back side. I would still be interested to hear if others have seen any examples like this. I've checked multiple sources and have not seen anything like this.
