If you expect anybody to be able to identify between real of fake items scans would be preferable, at the least photos should be in focus. I would also make sure that the same items are not posted more than once and numbered so you will be able to cross reference with any responses.
Scott's U.S. Specialized is pretty much useless for these issues until you have them properly identified. If you have a serious interest in these, the must-have reference to get is Larry Lyons' 3 volume set "The Identifier for Carriers, Locals, Fakes, Forgeries and Bogus Posts of the United States". It details the many non-genuine items far beyond the Scott listings. Do not expect very many of yours to be genuine.
