OK folks this is a simple one. I've been using a Canon camera for pictures; my system went south and so now I have a new computer. How the heck do I post my pricing and other comments to my customers.

I take pics but now what? Where do I post them for upload? This was easy under my old system, not so now.

Apologies for this dumb question.

??
Your camera has an USB port, your new computer has an USB port, so you connect both with a cable (probably the one that came with your camera), and shovel the camera data onto the computer using the Explorer (Windows) or whatever the Mac has...

Stamps1962, I see where you state that this is a simple one. Well, why then are you asking?
OK, I think I know where you are coming from. When I have one of these "simple" computer problems I just call either my daughter or any one of a whole pile of grandkids ! Try that !

Petert4522,

Yes it is a stupid question, so stupid that my son is in his twenties refuses to help me with it. 'I'm tired of giving you help on this simple stuff'
I plan on going to a local dealer who probably can assist.
Apologies......

Stamps, I did not say it was stupid. And it is not simple either.
Is there a computer store close to you, like Best Buys ? Or maybe a local computer repair shop - they might help you with this. And do not overlook the place where you bought the new computer
Good luck!

Perhaps you can describe what your procedure was with the old system. Then let us know what new equipment you have. We want details! Then it can all get sorted.

I got this fixed tonight. I was looking at what I needed, a listing of all my lots with access so I could work on it as a checklist to myself. Finally I found it, loaded two sales items tonight. It works!

I sure hope nobody wants a detailed account of this. Thanks to all who helped on this.

It's not a stupid questions, but it is a frustrating one. It's the technical equivalent to a young child telling a pediatrician that "it hurts," but the child doesn't have the vocabulary or wherewithal to explain what hurts, and when, and how. The doctor at least is present, and can poke, test, ask the parent, etc to reach a diagnosis.
I would remind my fellow members, that whether you hit up family members or this forum for technical assistance, be specific. Describe the operating system, the equipment, what is (or isn't) happening as expected, etc. This forum expects details and pictures to support questions about stamps, we should expect the same for other topics.
