I came across this German stamp and found what seems to me a printing error, but would like to have the opinion of others on this stamp. Am I really seeing a mistake or, is this wishful thinking?
Thank you for your answer
Jacques

There appears to be a break in the line at the lefthand side. On the right, there is little to see. Whether this is plate damage or some foreign matter on the plate during printing, I cannot say. This would be one for either Germania or PostmasterGS.

Need a higher-res scan of the area. And the whole stamp, honestly.

I am not seeing the "plate flaws" you are indicating with arrows. But then again, this series of stamps in general has quality issues so a so-called flaw may only be bad printing. The example you show is pretty typical of that run of stamps.
