Hello,

The value on the top reads; 1000 Dinar. The side red overprint is a surcharge of 5 Chais. The design shows Nasser-Edin Shah Qajar.

The stamp without overprint was issued in January 1882.

I also can't find the overprinted stamp on catalogue. Probably tax stamp, not postage stamp?
