The following announcement was posted earlier on Richard Frajola's Philamercury Board.

The original poster gave me permission to post it on other Forums, and I thought there might be some readers here who would find it of interest. The Editor confirmed that they had no problem with their email address be included here.

A new electronic publication is soon to be ready for inauguration to all interested collectors, dealers, traders, writers, auctions---even non-Philatelists!! The first issue, strictly electronic to your email/gmail address, is to be released by June 1 of this year.

Numerous aerophilatelic articles have already been received by some of the foremost students , as well as retail listings, want ads, sell ads, and more. The format will be about 8 1/2 x 11 and , to begin with at least 20-24 pages.

Simply reply asap to airmailquarterly@gmail.com to be placed on the computer mailing list---NO Obligations and MOST IMPORTANT---NO COSTS AT ALL. That;s also NO FEE TO ANY ONE PLACING ADS, SELLING,ANYONE !! It's all FREE.
