Anyone know the value of this stamp that appears to be a One Penny Blue?

It probably started out red, but what colour is it really now? Not worth much with a poor right margin, etc.

It is a Penny Red. The colour has completely faded, The margin on the right touches the design, and even cuts into the lower right corner. The general state is not too good. It is a space filler. Unless this is a very rare plate, it is worth a few pence.

There is no Penny Blue that was issued.
