Are you using Scott Catalogue Classic Specialized World? If so then listing only two occupation stamps (N1 - N2) make sense as the year cutoff for the classic is 1940.

If you are using Scott Catalogue world then it should show 5 stamps, 2 in 1918 and 3 in 1940.

Yes, last I checked this morning, I am THE Jay Smith.

Even though my posting quantity is over 50, my profile signature does not seem to be showing up and my avatar is a broken image. I will inquire about those issues.

At the bottom, they read "Pleskau." They are very easy to find information online entering 'Pleskau stamps' into a search engine.

1942, German WWII occupation of Russia (P'skov).

Listed by Michel.

I do not see them listed either under Russia or Germany in my 1967 Scott Catalog.

I wonder if they are listed there in later catalog versions.

If you look at NSK's Cherrystone link, you'llsee that it only gives a Michel number, which probably indicates that Scott has never listed these.

My guess: if Cherrystone (see link) quotes the Michel number but not the Scott number, you are not going to find it in Scott.

Those are local issues, and AFAIK, Scott doesn't list most of the locals from the German occupied territories in WWII.
