I found this stamp when sorting a recent auction purchase.

The stamps is 1950 Ireland Holy Year 3p value (SG 150)

There is an obvious partial blue line running across the bottom left of the stamp.

I can't find any reference in my catalogues or online.

Can anyone provide some information on this?

Guideline for perforation. Not an uncommon feature on recess-printed stamp sheets of the time. It does not warrant a listing but is a nice minor variety. It is visible because the perforator was not aligned properly. It won't be listed.
