I, mostly, am thinking I do not see the green paper in OP's picture that on-line resources suggest was used for this type of stamp(s) issued before 1927.
I cannot see the olive either. Maybe my SG empire will have further suggestions. But it would be helpful if OP could share what watermark the stamps have.
Assuming that the correct date slugs were inserted, the stamp is SG51a. The descriptor in Gibbons is not necessarily accurate, as Lowe states this stamp is black on pale olive. The stamp is most likely washed out to some extent.
It looks for all money like 13 April 1925 to my eyes.
