Came through the thrift store I work at, so I decided to take it home. The album is in rough shape, with most of the stamps loose or coming loose. It is a 1922 "The Imperial Stamp Album" given to a nun in 1924. Is there a comparable album to move these stamps to?

I've seen albums in much worse shape than that. If the goal is to just sell it and you don't want the stamps falling to the floor, maybe put all the loose ones in an envelope. It is not worth taking each stamp and finding another album that has a space for it. You probably won't find one single album that will take them all. Odds are these aren't worth more than a few dollars, but you should report back with news of the other countries you have. These are all German here but maybe there are more interesting ones to be found? Look for US and Great Britain.

Not worth much if any effort in doing anything. What is your plan for the album and stamps? No monetary value. Leave in the thrift store for someone interested.

If you search ebay for Stamp Album and sort by price lowest to highest, there are a lot of suitable options to rescue the stamps from this old album and give them a new home. A brand new album may cost you $25 or up, but a clean vintage album will do just as well for these vintage stamps. Here are a few examples of albums made from the 1940s to 1980s currently selling for about $6 each plus about $6 postage.

You will also want some stamp hinges to safely mount the stamps into the albums. They typically cost from $5-$10 for a package of 1000.
Alternatively a stock book or stock pages (search for Hagner or Vario brands) will let you display the stamps in a convenient 3-ring binder.

If there is a local stamp club, stamp show, or stamp dealer in your area they sometimes have gently used albums and supplies they are happy to give away to new collectors.
The local public library may have copies of the Scott's Postage Stamp Catalog if you want to find out more information about the stamps you have like what year they were printed.
Have fun, and welcome.
