Any Dealer Recommendations For US Washington Franklins?

In this earlier thread the question was asked about reputable dealers for US material:

And some others.

Would any of these (or someone else) be good for working on building my Washington Franklins beyond the low hanging fruit?

I'm not interested in bargain hunting but want to work with someone who knows the area well and can help me learn as I buy good stamps.
