We'd need a much better scan of the stamp, including the area below your scan where the cross hatching on the 210 typically peters out as it nears Washingtons bust at the lowest part of the oval. Most important is the impression of the stamp. Here is my certed 211B-- not a great copy, but just look at the impression-- proof like: No way is yours a 211B....sorry, hope this is helpful, Ray
