I would like to know what you think about this cross hatching. Is it possible that it is from a copy SC#211B?

We'd need a much better scan of the stamp, including the area below your scan where the cross hatching on the 210 typically peters out as it nears Washingtons bust at the lowest part of the oval.
Keep in mind that odds are decidedly against a used 211B.
I trust you've looked at the thread https://www.stampcommunity.org/topi...&whichpage=1
